In Utah, medical cannabis is available for patients with qualifying medical conditions. These conditions are diagnosed by a qualified medical provider and require a medical cannabis card from the Utah Department of Health. Listed below are all the current qualifying conditions in the state of Utah:

For Patients Under The Age of 21
If you're a minor, you may still qualify for a medical cannabis card if you have a documented disability or certain qualifying conditions.
