In the U.S., 1 in 10 Americans lack health insurance, leaving many without access to basic services. Yet the CDC estimates that up to 80% of heart disease, stroke, and type 2 diabetes cases could be prevented through lifestyle changes and early intervention.

Our non-insurance-based program is designed to widen access, fill the gaps traditional insurance doesn’t cover, and give patients the consistent, affordable care they deserve.

Essential Care $99
2-monthly telehealth visits with our medical provider on non-urgent primary care concerns, medication management
Essential Plus $149
Unlimited Monthly telehealth visits for non-urgent primary care concerns. Medication management
Non-member Visit $65
Flat rate visit with our medical provider for non-urgent primary care concerns. Medication Management
What is covered in our Direct Primary Care program?
Our Direct Primary Care program is continually growing as we work to expand services and make healthcare more accessible.
Currently, the program includes:

General-level Dermatology Services – evaluation and treatment for common skin concerns

Hormone Replacement Therapy – personalized care to restore balance and support wellness

General Mental Health Medication Management – support for conditions such as anxiety and depression

Non-Urgent Sick Visits – accessible care for everyday illnesses without the ER or urgent care cost

Bloodwork testing- we partner with Quest diagnostics to help our patients get access to affordable bloodwork done.

No Insurance Mental Health Care
We believe that accessible mental health care improves the quality of life for everyone in our community. That’s why we’ve created a space where individuals can get the support they need at a price that doesn’t break the bank.

General Dermatology Visit
Healthy skin is an important part of your overall well-being, and we’re here to make care simple and accessible. Our Direct Primary Care program includes support for common skin concerns such as acne, eczema, rashes, and more.
Whether treating a breakout, or managing ongoing skin issues, our team provides personalized care without the hassle of long wait times or expensive specialist visits. If a concern requires more advanced treatment, we’ll help guide you to the right specialist while keeping your care coordinated.

Non-Urgent Care Telehealth Visits
When you’re not feeling your best, getting care should be quick and convenient. Our Direct Primary Care program includes virtual sick visits for non-urgent needs like colds, flu symptoms, minor infections, allergies, and other everyday concerns.
With telehealth, you can connect with our providers from the comfort of your home, receive a timely diagnosis, and get the treatment plan you need without the stress of an in-office visit. If follow-up or in-person care is necessary, we’ll guide you through the next steps while keeping your care seamless.
